I totally took Miss Alaska to the Rickshaw
Last night, my friend Stephany was in town. She had an evening stopover in Seattle because she was flying out of SeaTac this morning, so I had an opportunity to take her out and catch up and try to convince her to move here. Oh yeah, and she’s Miss Alaska.
As with any of the beauty queens who come to visit me, I took her to the Rickshaw — Seattle’s premiere Asian-themed-karaoke-dive-bar-located-conveniently-next-to-a-payday-loan-store. We took in the local talent and chatted. I told her about my business and she told me about a woman whose dog she wanted to poison. She also expressed her approval of the fact that I don’t live with my parents. (I do know how to impress the ladies.)
Anyway, I’m glad that she’s Miss Alaska and not Miss Any-Other-State, because when she’s not paintballing the wildlife or keeping an eye on Russia, she’s doing this. Hopefully she’ll move here soon.
